Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support

Image is Everything Studios is blessed to have the opportunity to work so closely with such a wonderful organization like Three Little Birds Perinatal.  TLB supports families facing miscarriage, pregnancy loss, infant and neonatal loss, stillbirth, terminal fetal diagnosis’, and more. Desiree is the Co-Founder of the Non-Profit and Stacy is by her side often, volunteering countless hours creating whatever is needed for care boxes, post-mothers and helping with Palliative Care families in the studio as well!

We are so honored and fortunate to have such a large studio space that sharing it with Three Little Birds families was never a question. Our studio hosted a wonderful Craft Night for loss families, that was a great success, in 2018, as well as a Stillbirthday informational loss doula class for photographers in 2017.

We generally photograph one family per month, as our schedule permits, but Desiree works with at least 2-3 families per month in hospitals, photographing for them when they unexpectedly experience a pregnancy or infant loss.  It a cause that became close to her heart when starting out as a volunteer for the non-profit Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep in 2007.  Since then, she is still a part of that organization but has since met with TLB founder, Kristen Samuelson, and together they have expanded their outreach to include photographing families carrying pregnancies facing a terminal or life-limiting diagnosis.  They also follow their families in the event they go on to have more children, and in these cases, provide Rainbow Maternity sessions (which you may see some images in the gallery here) for them as well as Pregnancy After Loss Support.
