how it started

Hi, I'm Stacy—the photographer behind Image is Everything Studios.
Photography has been part of my life for more than two decades. I first stepped into the industry in 2000, and what began as a passion quickly grew into a lifelong career capturing the moments families hold closest to their hearts.
In 2009, I opened Image is Everything Studios alongside my previous business partner, creating a boutique studio dedicated to maternity, newborn, baby, and children's photography for families throughout South Jersey. While my business partner has since retired, the heart of the studio remains the same—providing a personalized, full-service experience and creating timeless portraits that celebrate each family's unique story.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of photographing hundreds of growing families across South Jersey, helping them preserve some of life's most meaningful milestones—from the anticipation of pregnancy to welcoming a new baby and watching their children grow.
Outside of the studio, my life revolves around family. My husband and I have been married for nearly 30 years, and together we've raised two wonderful children who have grown into adults of their own. Today, being grandparents to three amazing grandchildren has given me an even deeper appreciation for just how quickly these early years pass—and why preserving them through photographs is so incredibly important.
My goal is simple: to create timeless, heartfelt portraits in a relaxed and welcoming studio where every family feels cared for from beginning to end. I want your experience to be just as memorable as the photographs themselves, giving you artwork and memories you'll treasure for generations.

My Story

Photography has given me the opportunity to meet so many incredible families and witness some of life's most meaningful milestones. From excited parents awaiting their first baby to growing families returning year after year, it's a privilege I never take for granted.
When I designed Image is Everything Studios, I wanted it to feel different than a typical photography studio. I created a warm, welcoming space where parents can slow down, relax, and enjoy the experience while I take care of the details. Whether it's helping you choose a gown from the client closet, soothing your newborn, or making siblings laugh, my goal is for every family to feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
As both a mother and a grandmother, I know firsthand how quickly these chapters of life pass. The tiny fingers, sleepy newborn stretches, baby giggles, and growing personalities seem to change overnight. Those fleeting moments are the ones that deserve to be preserved.
Every session is about more than creating beautiful photographs—it's about preserving your family's story with artwork that will become part of your home and be treasured for generations to come.

OUR STYLE

When I’m not behind the camera, here are a few things that bring me the most joy:
• Gardening is my therapy—I love spending time outside, working in the garden, and watching things grow.
• Traveling in our RV. My husband and I love hitting the road whenever we can and exploring new places together.
• The World’s Longest Yard Sale—one of our favorite yearly adventures. Traveling the route across multiple states feels like the ultimate treasure hunt.
• My service dog, Lex. Lex is my hearing dog and constant companion, both in the studio and in everyday life. After being diagnosed with Ménière’s disease and becoming single-sided deaf, Lex helps alert me to sounds I may not hear. Clients often get to meet him during ordering appointments, and he’s become a special part of the studio experience.
• My grandchildren. Being a “Mimi” has given me an even deeper appreciation for how quickly childhood passes—and why preserving these moments matters so much.
One of the greatest joys of my work is watching families grow and seeing clients return year after year.

Our cozy boutique studio is located in the heart of Pitman, New Jersey, with convenient access from Route 55, making it an easy drive for families throughout South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware.
Every detail of the studio has been thoughtfully designed with maternity, newborn, and baby photography in mind. From the moment you walk through the door, you'll find a warm, welcoming space where you can relax, feel at home, and simply enjoy the experience while we create beautiful memories together.
During your newborn session, you're invited to unwind in our comfortable viewing area with a complimentary drink, snack, or your favorite show while your baby is safely and gently photographed. There's no need to rush—we've created a calm environment where both parents and baby can feel completely at ease.
For maternity sessions, you'll have access to our carefully curated client closet featuring a beautiful selection of gowns and accessories, making it easy to achieve timeless, elegant portraits without the stress of shopping.
To ensure every family receives our full attention and to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, we schedule only one full newborn session per day.
Our studio is also fully stocked with an extensive collection of wraps, headbands, bonnets, props, backdrops, and accessories for newborns, babies, and young children. Every session is thoughtfully styled to reflect your family's vision while creating classic artwork you'll treasure for generations.
